There is nothing like the Burj Khalifa. Adrian Smith, a well-known architect, created the imposing building, which was developed by Emaar Properties. Reaching a height of 828 metres, it has transformed into a vertical metropolis and a symbol of contemporary architecture.

Nearly 26,000 hand-cut glass panels that adorn the outer cladding of the Burj Khalifa require three months to clean from top to bottom! Offices, hotels, and residences are housed in the skyscraper. As lead structural engineer Bill Baker puts it, it "confuses the wind" because of its strategically placed central spine that reflects wind.
