Markel Redondo Studio captured this amazing image. A "solar plant" might not seem like the most fascinating item in the world, but Redondo's image uses a creative viewpoint to transform it into a disco ball. This concentrated solar facility, called Gemasolar, uses methods for storing heat from molten salt.

This plant is located along an unnamed road near Fuentes de Andalucia, Sevilla, Spain. Being the first commercial plant in the world to use this particular type of storage, Gemasolar has garnered significant attention. The numerous heliostats that ring the Gemasolar Tower are seen in this picture; they reflect solar energy and direct it into the tower's receiver.
